Data Deletion Requests
HOTAIL supports reasonable requests to delete account and service data associated with StrydeFlow, subject to security, contractual, and legal requirements.
If You Are an Institution Admin
- Email [email protected] from your registered institution email address.
- Include your institution name, your role, and the data or account you want deleted.
- We may request verification before processing the request.
If You Are a Parent, Guardian, or Student
Please contact your educational institution first. In most cases, the institution controls the relevant student and guardian records in StrydeFlow and must authorize changes, export, or deletion requests.
What May Be Deleted
Depending on the request and applicable obligations, deletion may include account records, institution configuration, uploaded assets, student and guardian records, messaging configuration, and related operational data.
What We May Retain
We may retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legitimate internal recordkeeping.
Timeline
Request handling time may vary depending on account verification, service status, and the scope of the deletion request.
